A subsidiary “Hefei Refine Co., Ltd.” is established in Hefei City, Anhui Province in China.

“Sea Act Co., LTD.” becomes a subsidiary by acquisition of all the shares.

Establishes “Nippon Refine Co., Ltd. (Succeeding company)” to prepare for the transition to the holdings system.

The company name is changed to “REFINE HOLDINGS CO., LTD.” and the organizational structure is changed to a holding company system. In addition, Nippon Refine (succeeding company) inherits the divestiture business.
